update: Ultraforge Jeremy decides to grow a mustache?!

In support of the Ultraforge campaign to raise money and awareness for cancer prevention, research and treatment, Ultraforge Jeremy has decided to poorly grow a mustache. It is not an impressive mustache, but it will help raise awareness for cancer that typically targets men.

update: Ultraforge runs for the cure!

Jeremy and I just finished our 5 kilometer run to help raise money for cancer research, prevention and treatment. The team we were a part of, the Divine Dolls, helped raise $4,585 in total.
Thanks to the Dolls and thanks to all Ultraforge fans. Proceeds from every Ultraforge purchase go towards cancer related charities. You helped make this such success so thanks again.

Here are the winners of the first Ultraforge/E-Figures/Army Painter painting competition.
Here is our first place winner! The Dragon, by Vesa Makela. The freehand and blending on this miniature is fantastic, and the biased lighting on the armor really adds depth. The color choice is fresh and neutral. Perfect for the versatile Ultraforge Dragon. Congratulations Vesa!
Here is our second place winner. It is a Greater Plaguedemon sent in by Mike Spector. The chariot looks great, and the flies are a nice touch. The whole thing looks disgustingly fantastic! We had quite a few Greater Plaguedemons submitted, and this one just edged out over the rest. Congratulations Mike!
Third place goes to the Pleasuredemon, sent in by Brian Best. The color choice is very original. Blending paint over such vast smooth surfaces is incredibly difficult, and Brian did a fantastic job. Well done Brian!
The turnout for this painting comp has been amazing and we thank everyone who sent in a picture. All of your hard work is very inspiring to us, so thanks again for supporting Ultraforge.
We will be having more painting competitions in the future, so if you did not get your mini in on time then take pics and send them out to the next competition. You can also re-send your pictures and use them in the next competition as well.
